                             KOCHI  GETTING READY FOR OUR 27th CONFERENCE
                                     PROCESSION BY 10,000 SOLDIERS OF AIBEA 
                                                      ON  9TH  FEB. 2013 
                        BE A PART OF IT   TO MANIFEST OUR UNITY AND STRENGTH

All Kerala Bank Employees Federation who are hosting the ensuing Conference of AIBEA are getting ready to receive all of us at Kochi.  The Reception Committee and the various Sub-Committees have already worked out the broad blueprints of the arrangements.  Meticulous planning is underway.  Despite their limitations and constrains, funds are being mobilized from the members.  The entire team is moving with enthusiasm.

PROCESSION :     One of the important highlights of the Conference would be the massive procession being planned on 9th Feb. evening preceding the Public Inaugural Session.  Two Special Jathas are being planned which would cover the entire stretch of Kerala from two ends of the State and would reach Kochi on 9th February.  

In addition to employees from the local Kochi/Ernakulum area and nearby towns, the entire Kerala is being mobilized.  They are planning to mobilise members from each and every branch of all the Banks in Kerala. Large number of women employees are being mobilized. We learn that even from the towns of nearby States like Tamilnadu, employees are enthusiastic to participate in the procession.  

All the Delegates and Observers to the Conference will participate in the procession under the banner of their State Federations.  They may plan their traditional or any uniform attire or costume to add  grandeur and colour to the procession.  Each contingent of the procession should be distinct.  Even the slogans to be raised during the procession are to be planned and prepared in advance and not left to spontaneity. 

The procession would be led by our Office Bearers along with leaders of AIBOA, all the foreign and international guests and other fraternal leaders

Going by the planning and the response, it is expected that nearly 10,000 members will take part in the Conference procession and hence the procession  would be massive and spectacular befitting our mighty AIBEA.
