Members are aware that our National Organisation, AIBEA has given a clarion call to join the All India General Strike Call given by the Central Trade Unions in the country.
We have reproduced AIBEA’s Circulars, explaining the issues and also our own demands concerning the Banking Industry and our employees. We advise all the units and their members to prepare now onwards and ensure grand success of the All India General Strike on 28.02.2012 in Banking Industry.
Along with AIBEA, now NCBE, AIBOA, BEFI, INBEF, NOBO and NOBW have also so far given the call for the Strike on 28th February, 2012.
A Campaign Meeting by all Central Trade Unions and independent Federations will be held on 11th February, 2012, at 3.00 P.M. Saturday at Chennai at the following venue :

Com. Gurudas Das Gupta, M.P. and General Secretary, AITUC will address the public meeting. The leaders of other Central Trade Unions will also speak on the occasion.
All our units are requested to note the programme and mobilise our members in large numbers for the meeting.
