TO ALL OFFICE BEARERS, STATE FEDERATIONS

AND ALL INDIA BANKWISE ORGANISATIONS:

Dear Comrades,

Reg:  PARLIAMENT MORCHA ON 23-2-2011

We are sure that all our State Federations and units have fully mobilised their members for participation in the Morcha to Parliament on 23-2-2011.  In some of the States, the response is very encouraging and they are likely to cross the quota agreed by them in the Central Committee.  There have been campaign meetings and rallies and many centres.  In Delhi there was a special meeting on 5-2-2011 and they are fully geared up for large participation.   

Reports from Punjab, Haryana and  UP are very good and they will be participating in large number.  Informations from  West Bengal, Jammu, Uttranchal, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat, Eastern Maharashtra, etc. are good.  From Tamilnadu alone, 1600 comrades are participating.  From  Andhra Pradesh 1500 are participating.  Maharashtra, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, etc. are trying their best to mobilise as per the quota.  AIBOA, Co-operatives and RRB units are also mobilising their members. 

All our units should ensure that their contingents reach on 22^nd night or 23^rd  morning so that all the participants can join the morcha in time.

Stay arrangements have been made by AIBEA through our Delhi Federation and the details can be ascertained from us or from our Delhi Federation.

MORCHA PROGRAMME:

This time, having regard to the massive  numbers, processions are being taken from different points like Ramlila Grounds, Samathasthal, Delhi Railway Station, etc.

 BANK EMPLOYEES :  All Bank employees will assemble in the Jeevan Bharti Building (LIC) in Parliament Street in Connaught Place at 10-00 AM on 23-2-2011.  From there the procession will proceed towards the Parliament.

All State Federations should advise all the participants to assemble accordingly in time.
