Dear Comrades,
- Make yet another history
- Mobilize massively
- Morcha to Parliament on 23rd February, 2011

All our units are aware that from AIBEA we have given the Call for participation in the Parliament Morcha on 23rd February, 2011 jointly being organised by all Central Trade Unions and various independent trade unions including AIBEA.

In the recently held Central Committee meeting, it has been decided that besides supporting the 5 points Common Charter of demands, we shall also focus all our issues and demands.
COMMON ISSUES
v  Alarming price rise
v  Huge job losses
v  Large scale Disinvestments in public Sector
v  Rampant violation of labour laws
v  Lack of adequate protection to unorganized workers
OUR ISSUES
v  Do not give licence to Industrial Houses to start Banks
v  Do not hand over RRBs to corporates
v  Reject Khandelwal Committee recommendations
v  Stop Outsourcing
v  Adequate Recruitments & Revival of BSRBs
v  Settle pending issues like compassionate appointment scheme
The CC decided that all our State Federations and Unions will take special efforts to mobilize our members for large participation in the Morcha. 

  •    AIBOA has informed us that they will join the Parliament Morcha programme and mobilize their members.
  •   All India Co-op. Bank Employees Federation and All India Gramin Bank Employees’ Association will also take steps to mobilize the members from Co-operative Banks and RRBs.
  •    State Federations should immediately take steps to mobilize our members in the respective States.
  •   Accommodation requirements should be informed to Delhi Federation immediately to enable them to make the arrangements.

Comrades, let us take all steps to plan and prepare for the mobilisation campaign and explanatory meetings should be held at all levels to inspire the rank and file members for enthusiastic participation.

Success depends on your efforts.  From AIBEA we seek your co-operation to add another golden page to the history of AIBEA.
