Re: STRUCTURED MEETING WITH MANAGEMENT
INCENTIVE / BENEFITS TO AWARD STAFF
STRUCTURED MEETING WITH MANAGEMENT :
As you are aware, our Union is holding periodical meetings with Regional Management and the next meeting with Management is due. Hence, we will be shortly submitting our Agenda for the Structured Meeting for both Chennai Metro and Tamilnadu Regions.
In this connection, we request you to submit any pending issues pertaining to your Unit to be added in our Agenda. You may briefly describe the Issue and its present position.
As we will be submitting the agenda shortly, we request you to please arrange to submit the Pending Issues latest by 10th February 2012.
INCENTIVE / BENEFITS TO AWARD STAFF :
We enclose herewith the Circular Circular No. 1/CC/2012 Date 25th January, 2012 issued by our All India Bank of Baroda Employees’ Co-ordination Committee regarding the financial incentives extended to the Award Staff due to our persistent efforts/demands during our structured meeting held on 15/12/2011 at Mumbai. Please circulate to our members in your Unit.
