Reg. : Incentive/Benefit to Award Staff.
We have been feeling pride that our Bank could have business over Rs. 534000 crores as on 31/03/2011 and could fetch profiit of Rs. 4241 crores to the Institution. Undoubtedly, this is the outcome of sincere hardwork put by each Barodian for the growth of the institution.
We have emphatically put the case before our worthy Chairman and Managing Director during our structured meeting held on 15/12/2011 at Mumbai expressing our joy at the excellent performance of our Bank with the view that the prosperity should be shared by the whole staff. We had argued that employees should be given financial incentive so as to acknowledge their best services as well as to further motivate them to do their best in the interest of institution so that our Bank could achieve further glorious position in the Banking sector.
We are delighted to inform that the Bank has decided the following fringe benefits to
